Cumi Wellness can help. We provide Housing Consultation Services for persons with disabilities, including those with mental illness and substance use disorders, as well as seniors, to find and maintain housing.
When you meet with our staff and complete a Housing-Focused Person-Centered Plan, we will connect you to a Housing Transitions Team. This team will assist you in planning for, finding, and moving to a home in the community.
Everyone deserves stable housing because it is a fundamental human need essential for safety, dignity, and well-being. Access to stable housing promotes social and economic stability, reduces inequality, and supports public health and safety. It is a basic human right recognized as a moral and ethical imperative to care for the most vulnerable in society.
